Service provisions to Water Utilities
Water Direct has been providing it’s service to the Water Utilities since incorporation in 1995, during which time a number of major emergency incidents affecting piped water supply systems have been successfully served. These incidents have included burst mains causing total loss of supply, short and long duration contaminations resulting in ‘do not use’, ‘do not drink’ or ‘boil before use’ notices being issued.
Alternative supply provision for such incidents has included the rapid provision of bottled water in bulk, together with rapid response logistics to provide bowsers and static tanks into the affected territory with replenishment from our fleet of dedicated drinking water tankers.
