Since the water market opened in April 2017 we’ve created innovative partnerships with a number of water retailers across the UK.
Before the water utility companies separated into wholesale and retail, it may have been assumed that the wholesalers would provide alternative water supplies during interruptions.
Now that business customers can choose their own retailer, to manage their customer service and billing needs, it has raised awareness of the fact that businesses must seek their own alternative supply in some circumstances.
We offer bespoke partnerships to water retailers which can help them provide alternative water supplies to their customers. These can be provided to customers through a number of means; in some cases this could be via referral schemes where we deal directly with the customer themselves, or where we collaborate and offer what we do as a ‘white label’ added value services.
Being able to provide proactive water management solutions creates additional reasons for potential new clients to switch to our partner retailers, as well as helping to retain existing.
