We know that water retail is an evolving market that increasingly makes buying decisions on value over price and that strong added value services will often be a key factor in winning and retaining customers.
Our bespoke partnerships enable the provision of alternative water supplies to non-household customers and this is offered through a mechanism designed to suit the retailer. In some cases we offer a referral scheme where we own the relationship with the customer, in others cases we collaborate and offer a ‘white label’ service where the retailer retains that relationship. In all cases our services can help improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Our WaterTight™ contingency planning services are particularly popular with retailer customers who need to create and maintain their own contingency plan for water.
