Aquapax water cartons are mostly plant based, made from renewable materials. The cartons are 100% recyclable, including the screw caps, which are made from natural sugar cane. Aquapax deliveries are made using a carbon balanced supply chain, making them a fantastic environmentally friendly option.

• Online orders are received and processed between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• Upon receipt of your order and payment, a member of our team will be in touch during working hours to confirm your order and arrange delivery of your water cartons.

• Delivery lead time for Aquapax water cartons is normally 2-3 working days.
• If your order is urgent, please call us on 0345 345 1725. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• We use a third party pallet network for delivery of Aquapax water cartons.
• Standard deliveries are between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
• If you require delivery outside of these hours, or at a specific time, please call us on 0345 345 1725 prior to placing your order.
• Deliveries can only be made to an appropriately accessible hard standing area, and pallet deliveries of water cartons are not suitable for delivery to grass, gravel, or unmade roads.

• Please note that deliveries to Scotland are subject to an additional £75 +VAT.
