Orders
- We receive and process online orders Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17:00.
- On receipt of your order and payment, a member of the team will be in touch during working hours to confirm the order and arrange delivery.

- Orders shipping to Scotland are subject to an additional charge of £75+VAT/pallet.
- We will provide an estimated delivery window, normally 2-3 days.
Deliveries
- Delivery is made via third party pallet network, Monday to Friday, typically between 08:00 to 18:00.
- Pallets are only suitable for delivery to an appropriately accessible, kerb-side or hard standing area.
- Deliveries are not possible to grass, gravel or unmade road.
- Pallets are not deliverable indoors.
- Drivers are not able to assist with breaking pallets.
