Water Tankers
Water Direct transfers bulk water supplies from where it is available to wherever it is needed using a range of Water Tankers and equipment. Our fleet of dedicated drinking water tankers is used for the transportation of clean wholesome water only, we do not put any other products into our vessels. The water tanker fleet ranges in size from 10,000 and 15,000 litre rigid water tankers to 26,000 litre capacity articulated tanker vehicles. We have the capability to provide water delivery solutions for any eventuality. Due to our close working relationships with many of the country's water utility companies, we have the ability to refill our tankers quickly, and are therefore able to make two, three or four visits to a site during the course of a normal working day.
All of Water Direct’s water tankers are equipped with discharge pumps for transfer into client vessels and replenishments of our own static tanks used as temporary water storage or as a surrogate 'mains' water service. Articulated water tanker trailers can also be left on clients sites to act as water storage. In our role as a the UK’s leading alternative water supplier, we provide our tankers to various industries in order to furnish both an emergency water supply, or a bulk water delivery for welfare or production purposes.
Where there is a problem with accessing our clients' sites, we have a fleet of 2,000 litre water bowsers which are towed by 4x4 vehicles.

10,000 Litre Rigid Water Tankers
Our 10,000 litre rigid tankers are compact, very manoeuvrable vehicles which provide a cost effective way of providing clients with a small bulk water delivery. We have 4x4 variants of these which are pretty much a go anywhere vehicles!
15,000 Litre Rigid Water Tankers
Our 15,000 litre rigid tankers are the bedrock of our fleet, big enough to deploy large volumes of quality assured water, yet still small enough to drive through residential areas and areas of restricted access. Ideal for swimming pool fills, and for delivering to busy, congested festival or construction sites.
26,000 Litre Articulated Water Tankers
Our 26,000 litre articulated units are used to transport large amounts of bulk water. The trailers can be left on site to act as water storage during a water emergency or for festival events and construction site use.
