All orders fulfilled with water supplied from leading UK producers such as, Brecon Carreg, Wenlock Spring, Gill Beck and White Rock.

Please note that pallet quantities may vary depending on the manufacturer’s packaging configuration. In most cases, each pallet contains 2,016 bottles, although quantities can range from 1,728 to 2,184 bottles per pallet.

• We receive and process online orders Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17:00.
• On receipt of your order and payment, a member of the team will be in touch during working hours to confirm the order and arrange delivery.
• If you have an urgent/emergency order, specific date/time requirement or any other questions, please call 0345 345 1725 anytime; we’re available 24/7/365.
• Orders shipping to Scotland are subject to an additional charge of £75+VAT/pallet.
• We will provide an estimated delivery window, normally 2-3 days.

• Delivery is made via third party pallet network, Monday to Friday, typically between 08:00 to 18:00.
• Pallets are only suitable for delivery to an appropriately accessible, kerb-side or hard standing area.
• Deliveries are not possible to grass, gravel or unmade road.
• Pallets are not deliverable indoors.
• Drivers are not able to assist with breaking pallets.

• The most important thing we can all do to minimise potential environmental impact is ALWAYS RECYCLE!
• All of our bottles are 100% recyclable through household and commercial waste channels in the UK.
• All of our bottles are made from at least 50% recycled plastic.
