Smart Tankers Built for Speed, Safety, and Sustainability
Enhancing Water Resilience with Smart Tankers Through Technology and Innovation
As the demand for Alternative Water Supply (AWS) solutions continues to rise, the need for faster, more efficient, and reliable water tankers becomes critical. That’s why we continually explore new technologies to enhance our service delivery.
On such example is the evolution of our tanker fleet. Over the years, we have invested significantly in pioneering technology to expedite the extraction and distribution of drinking-grade quality water, ensuring faster response times, greater efficiency, and improved sustainability for businesses and utilities.
Leading with Smart Tanker Technology
Our bespoke fleet of drinking water tankers is designed to meet the highest standards of safety and sustainability. Constructed from 316 drinking water-grade stainless steel, each unit is purpose-built for the transportation and delivery of potable water. But it’s not just about the build, it’s about how they work smarter.

We’ve developed a fully integrated tank and chassis system, packed with features that support both efficiency and eco-responsibility:
- Smart Operational Control: Our tankers feature advanced flow and pressure control, using CANbus-integrated variable-speed stainless steel pumps to deliver up to 9 bar pressure and 850 lpm flow rates – allowing rigid tankers to discharge in under 30 minutes and articulated tankers in under 45 minutes.
- Automated Flow Optimisation: Continuous network pressure monitoring automatically adjusts pump output in real time, ensuring stable pressure and flow rates without risk of overloading.
- Automated shutdown: The onboard pumping system automatically shuts down during inactivity, reducing fuel consumption, noise, and CO₂ emissions—minimising environmental impact while maximising operational efficiency.
- Combining maximum capacity and manoeuvrability: Our 19,000-litre rigid tankers, for example, combine the accessibility of smaller vehicles with the capacity of articulated tankers, enabling access to remote, off-road areas whilst matching the volume of many articulated tankers.
By integrating real-time monitoring, automated optimisation, and eco-conscious design, we’re not just supplying water, we’re redefining alternative water supply and helping businesses and utilities minimise risk, improve resilience, and deliver the best possible service to customers.
