Finalists at the Water Industry Awards 2026

We’re delighted to share that Water Direct has been shortlisted for two awards at the Water Industry Awards 2026! WWT

The first award is for Alliance or Partnership of the Year, recognising the sector-first partnership between Water Direct and Yorkshire Water.

Together, we have developed a more integrated approach to how alternative water supply is planned and delivered, moving beyond reactive response and combining dedicated assets, clear service levels, and coordinated delivery across tankering, bottled water, and PSR support.

We’ve also been nominated for the Digitalisation Project of the Year which recognises the development of our digital platform for managing bottled water doorstep deliveries during supply interruptions.

The platform replaces manual coordination with a single digital system that improves visibility, strengthens control, and provides clear proof of delivery — helping utilities support customers more quickly and reliably during incidents.

Being shortlisted in both categories is a proud moment for the Water Direct team. Congratulations to all the award category finalists!
